Are your products 3D printed?

Yes! Everything we sell is 3D printed to order in our studio using high-quality materials. Each piece is made with care and precision—no mass production here. We specialize in durable, minimalist 3D printed accessories designed to elevate your gaming setup.

Can I customize my order?

Many of our items come with built-in options—like different colors, sizes, or styles—so you can pick what fits your aesthetic. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, we’re always open to suggestions. We're constantly adding new designs for gamers who want a space that feels like their own.

What materials do you use?

We use high-quality, biodegradable PLA and other trusted 3D printing filaments. They're lightweight, strong, and perfect for daily use—whether you're organizing your battlestation, mounting your favorite headset, displaying your Switch dock, or building out your streaming setup with our popular pen holders and desk organizers.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Not through the site, but if you’re planning a LAN party, company swag, group buy, outfitting a content studio, prepping event giveaways, or need gamer-friendly desk accessories for your team, we’d love to help. Email us at sales@thena3d.com and we’ll see what we can do.

📦 Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping to all U.S. states, territories, and military addresses—including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO locations.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses?

We sure do. We use USPS and UPS depending on the destination. Delivery may take a bit longer, but we’ve got you covered no matter where you're stationed or living.

Do you offer faster or expedited shipping?

Yep. If you’re on a tight schedule (gifting, setup upgrade, tournament grind), we offer Faster and Expedited shipping options at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We print and ship most orders within 1–3 business days. From there, delivery usually takes 2 to 8 business days depending on your location and selected shipping speed. For full details, check out our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time—but we’re working on it! We've received a lot of interest from gamers in Canada, the UK, and Australia. If you're outside the U.S. and want our gear in your country, let us know at hello@thena3d.com. It helps us prioritize future expansions.

💳 Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because our products are made to order, most orders begin processing quickly after they're placed. Once printing begins, changes aren’t possible—but if you contact us right away, we’ll do our best to catch it in time. Email hello@thena3d.com ASAP.

What if my item arrives damaged or broken?

We’ve got your back. Reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we’ll send a replacement or refund. Details are in our Refund Policy.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because everything is made to order, we don’t accept general returns or exchanges. That said, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll absolutely make it right.

How do I request a replacement or refund?

Send an email to hello@thena3d.com with your order number, a quick description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. We'll take care of the rest.
