At Thena3D, every product is 3D printed to order with care and precision. We’re committed to delivering beautiful, customized pieces—and making sure they arrive safely and on time.

📦 Processing & Fulfillment

Made-to-Order: Each item is printed after you place your order.
Fulfillment Time: Orders are typically printed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Delays: Occasionally (for example, if a reprint is needed), this may take up to 5 business days—we’ll always do our best to keep you updated if that happens.

🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Continental U.S. (Lower 48 States)

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Free Shipping (standard speed)
• Faster Shipping (for quicker delivery)
• Expedited Shipping (our fastest option)

All shipping times begin after fulfillment (see above), and may vary depending on your location.

🌴 Non-Continental U.S.

Includes Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, Palau, and all APO/FPO military addresses.

We currently offer free standard shipping to these regions. Delivery can take up to 2–3 weeks depending on location and local service.

Carrier Info: We typically ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your destination.

📬 Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey from our workshop to your doorstep.

💬 Delivery Issues & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, just reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund—your satisfaction comes first.
